Nurse Candyce Pirtle-Smalls, Visionary Entrepreneur and CEO Featured on Good Day Sacramento and KRON4 San Francisco Bay Area News is a nurse, educator, life coach, business coach and best selling author of the book, Mindful Meal Prep: Clean, Delicious Recipes for Weight Loss. Candy is a global transformation speaker and international author who has written many books. Candy is crowned Millennial Meal Prep Queen, known as “Coach Candy,” food relationship strategist. As a teen mom herself, she is passionate about helping women heal through trauma and mindless eating behaviors as they become the best version of themselves—mind, body, and spirit. Candy is a Certified Advocate of Domestic Violence awareness and prevention.
Candy successfully transformed herself from the inside out when she shed 50 lbs off her petite frame with clean-eating, weekly meal prep, and exercise. Today, Candy uses her experience to coach and educate others along their transformation journey as they experience next level via her 120-day, one-on-one coaching program for individuals and corporate personal health development and consulting.

Anthony has received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology in the summer of 2017. Anthony uses his degree to support communities with low income children, adolescents, and adults while working in a behavioral health setting and also with county probation clients who are facing homelessness throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Anthony's goal in life is to help serve as many people as possible and is very passionate about helping others achieve goals they’ve set for themselves. Anthony believes in integrity and commitment to his community along with having peace, love and unity for individuals that he comes across.

Joe Ann is a retired Psychiatric Nurse CCRMC. Motivational Influencer 5 star chef, speaker, entrepreneur, Life Coach of women 60+, and Domestic Violence Advocate.
F.I.T.'s purpose is to serve as a support system for young women and women who are in women bridge homes, women living homes, and youth community homes. Additionally, providing above mentioned resources to local educational agencies whose served demographics are in the poverty threshold. We provide direct wellness and health educational services to young women in vulnerable spaces to promote wellness and purposeful, healthy relationships.
